MailToBorder Shipping Rules

Please review these rules before sending packages to our Blaine, WA location. MailToBorder is a package receiving service only. We cannot accept items that require special handling, refrigeration, freezing, or live care.

Important: Any prohibited package may be refused, returned, discarded, or charged additional handling fees.

Items We Do Not Accept

Live animals, including reptiles, insects, fish, or pets
Live plants, flowers, soil, seeds, or agricultural products
Perishable food or grocery items
Frozen or refrigerated items
Restaurant delivery orders, including DoorDash, Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, etc.
Items that leak, smell, spoil, or require temperature control
Hazardous, illegal, restricted, or unsafe items
Medication, alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, or controlled substances

Restaurant and Food Delivery

We do not accept food delivery orders from restaurants, grocery stores, DoorDash, Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, or similar services. These deliveries may be refused.

Perishable or Temperature-Controlled Items

We do not have freezer, refrigerator, or special storage facilities. Please do not ship frozen food, refrigerated food, fresh groceries, seafood, meat, dairy, or any item that can spoil.

Live Animals and Plants

MailToBorder does not accept live animals, reptiles, insects, fish, pets, live plants, flowers, soil, seeds, or agricultural products.

Accepted Packages

We accept regular online shopping packages, parcels, tires, pallets, and approved items that do not require special handling.
